2. Pre-vacuuming with industrial, hospital grade vacuum cleaner to remove up to 70% of dry soils in carpet.

9. Replace furniture with foam blocks and protective tabs - prevents moisture transfer, protecting carpets and furniture until carpets are fully dried.
10. Final grooming.
Resets the carpet pile to leave it standing to maximise appearance and reduce drying time.
