luxiguy you dope! What do you think it is made for? You must have a really crappy machine if ice cream ruins it. I like the initial use of a gumboy to rub in the ice cream, I hear it makes a great deodorizer =]

    And kev2434, what …
And kev2434, what machine do you have? In the extraction process, I’ve never heard of a machine that has 3 filters. Did you mean your machine HAS 3 filters?

Every machine I have had has a direct line from the vacuum hose to basically a large item filter just prior to the dirty water tank, and in the tank is a lint filter as well. I’d be interested in what 3 filters you have for the dirty water coming into your machine. What’s the name of the machine you use?

  18. gosammy44 says:

    Hell, a shop vac …
Hell, a shop vac and a spray bottle of water would clean that fresh, fake “spot” up in less time than you took. Surely you don’t get paid for your “expert village” stuff, do you?

    and also…i would …
and also…i would finish off with a water claw technique… flood with the wand and have the claw over the stain, so it doesn’t wick up when you are gone… i used that one two weeks ago cleaning up a gallon of paint spilled on the carpet, worked like a charm. no charge for the tip. hahaha!

  23. thebrickinator says:

    looks like your …
looks like your putting too much work on a simple spotted area, and yes the stain is fresh, easy to get out. and you don’t hear steam, you see it. the carpet would be steaming after each pass retard. but your small engine doesn’t get hot enough, i know, by the way i use a 68 horse genesis, turn the heat all the way up around 240 at the wand, can’t hold any metal part of the hand tools.

  24. krukiewicz29 says:

    Obviously you have …
Obviously you have never cleaned a carpet. There are glides on the wand. a stair tool has higher suction and more psi. and that is our regular pre spray and you can hear the steam.

  25. thebrickinator says:

    why not just use …
why not just use the wand? i don’t see any steam??? regular pre-spray would get that…
